I am a Reiki Master Teacher who's been practicing Reiki for over 10yrs.
Rooted in the ancient Japanese tradition, Reiki promotes healing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level through the channeling of universal life force energy. Receivers often experience Deep relaxation, Emotional & Energetic Release, Energy shifts and spiritual connection. Reiki may also aid in physical healing, helping to relieve pain, tension, and stress by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.
I offer integrated Reiki & Sound Healing sessions if interested. Both modalities work really well together and creates a synergistic healing experience.

REIKI CLASSES
Reiki is life force energy. In learning Reiki, you are activating your palm chakras and learning how to channel this life force energy to yourself and others to help balance the body's energetic system. It has been such a powerful tool in my spiritual journey.
In Reiki 1, you learn the How, what, where, when, why and history of reiki. Reiki 2, you learn the symbols, how, what, where, when and why to use them, the business end of reiki and are considered a practitioner. Level 1 and at least 2 months experience and practice are required to take level 2.
